Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing to use the online services provided by Doamago (“Doamago,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Service outline the terms under which you may access and use our website and related services, including www.doamago.com (collectively referred to as the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, or by clicking a button or checking a box labelled “I Agree” (or something similar), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). You also acknowledge our collection and use of your information as detailed in our Privacy Policy, regardless of whether you are a registered user of our Service.

Doamago reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at its discretion, with notice provided as described below. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service (collectively, “Users” or “you”). If you open an account on behalf of a school, company, organization, or other entity, “you” also refers to that entity in addition to yourself.

By continuing to use the Service after changes to this Agreement have been posted, you agree to accept those modifications. We encourage you to review the Terms of Service periodically to stay informed about any updates. Doamago retains all rights to change this Agreement without prior notice beyond the methods described herein.

1. The Service: The Service is designed to help users learn mathematics effectively. Unless otherwise specified, any new or enhanced features added to the Service will also fall under the scope of this Agreement.

You acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided “as is,” and Doamago accepts no responsibility for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including the unavailability of the Service or the loss or deletion of data related to the Service.

To use the Service, you must have access to the Internet, either directly or through devices that support web-based content, and bear any associated costs or fees. Additionally, you are responsible for providing all necessary equipment for connecting to the Internet, such as a computer, modem, printer, and printing supplies.

2. Eligibility and Authority: Doamago offers the Service to adults who can purchase it using a credit card or other accepted payment methods. The Service is not sold directly to children. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian, or as directed by your school. Your school may have additional rules for using the Service, and you must comply with those as well.

If you create an account with Doamago to provide the Service to students in a school or tuition academy, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of the institution. You also affirm that you have the authority to bind the school or academy to this Agreement and that you agree to the terms on its behalf.

If you contact Doamago to request any action on an account, you guarantee that you have the proper authority to make such requests on behalf of the account holder, whether it’s a school, parent, or other entity.

3. Your Registration Obligations: To use the Service, you agree to: Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form (“Registration Data”).

Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete.

If any information you provide is found to be untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete—or if Doamago has reasonable grounds to suspect such inaccuracies—Doamago reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny you current or future access to the Service, in whole or in part.

4. General Account Information: Doamago grants subscribers access to the Service through accounts. Each account is offered for a specific term and price, subject to renewal, cancellation, and other terms outlined in the applicable account agreement (“Account Terms”).

Doamago provides various account types tailored to different subscriber needs. Each account type has default Account Terms, which apply unless explicitly overridden by specific agreements. Doamago reserves the right to create accounts that do not fall under default account types or to offer accounts with customized Account Terms, irrespective of their account category.

Account Types

Student Account:

  • A student account is purchased by or for a parent. Typically, these accounts can only be bought through the Doamago website using a credit card.
  • Student accounts generally include child profiles managed under the parent’s direction.
  • Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis, with the term selected at purchase and adjustable by contacting info@doamago.com.

School/Tuition Academy Account:

  • A school/tuition academy account is purchased by or on behalf of an institution, often by a teacher.
  • These accounts can be purchased through the Doamago website or by email.
  • School accounts usually include one teacher user and a limited number of student profiles, depending on the subscription.
  • The subscription term is typically one year, requiring the school or an authorized representative to take action for renewal.

Payments:

  • Payments must be made at the beginning of the current subscription term.
  • Monthly auto-renewal is the standard process for collecting payment for student accounts. School accounts can opt to pay via credit card.
  • If payment is not received, Doamago reserves the right to suspend access to the associated account(s) and take collection action.
  • Suspension of an account does not exempt the account holder from their payment obligation.
  • Late fees may apply at a rate of 1% per month or the maximum allowed by law, along with reasonable attorney’s fees for overdue payments.

End of Subscription

  • Account subscriptions automatically renew unless discontinued or cancelled.
  • Upon cancellation, Doamago may delete any data associated with the account, in line with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions regarding these Terms of Service, please contact us at info@doamago.com.

5. Membership and Billing for Accounts with Automatic Renewal

Billing and Automatic Renewals:

  • Membership subscription fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file at the start of each subscription period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. All payments will be collected on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
  • By starting a Doamago membership, you agree to allow us to charge the membership fee for your chosen term (e.g., monthly or yearly). Your subscription will automatically renew on the corresponding monthly or yearly anniversary, and we will charge your payment method with the applicable fees and taxes. Prices and charges are subject to change with prior notice.
  • The amount billed may vary due to changes in your membership plan, and you authorize us to charge your payment method accordingly. Payments are non-refundable, and there are no credits for partially used subscription periods. Changes to pricing or fees will be communicated in advance.
  • If your payment method changes, such as a credit card expiration, you may update your payment information in the Membership Details section of your account. Failure to update payment details may result in continued billing or suspension of service until the account is settled.

Cancellation of Automatic Renewals:

You can cancel your Doamago membership at any time, and cancellation will take effect immediately. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds or credits are not provided for unused portions of a subscription. To cancel your membership, log in to your account, navigate to the Membership Details page, and follow the instructions under “Cancel Membership.”

Price Changes:

Doamago reserves the right to modify its pricing for services and membership plans at its discretion. Unless otherwise stated, price adjustments will take effect following notification via email or other communication methods.

6. Account Password and Security
Upon completing the registration process for the Service, you will be assigned a password and account designation. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You are fully accountable for all activities conducted under your password or account.

You agree to:

  • Notify Doamago immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach.
Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session to protect your information.
  • Doamago is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account or data that arises from your own acts or omissions.
  • Sharing of Doamago accounts among multiple users or organizations is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by Doamago.

7. No Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service, the use of the Service, or access to the Service for commercial purposes.

8. Modification or Termination of Service
Doamago reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. You agree that Doamago will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or temporary discontinuance of the Service. If the Service is permanently discontinued, Doamago’s liability will be limited to a prorated refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

Doamago may suspend or terminate your password, account, or access to the Service if it believes you have violated the terms or acted inconsistently with the spirit of this Agreement. Such termination may occur without prior notice. You acknowledge and agree that Doamago has the right to deactivate or delete your account and any related data, as well as bar further access to the Service. Doamago will not be liable to you or any third party for such actions.

9. Links
The Service may include links to third-party websites or resources. Since Doamago has no control over these external sites or resources, you acknowledge and agree that Doamago is not responsible for their availability or content. Doamago does not endorse and will not be held liable for any content, advertising, products, or materials found on such sites or resources.

You further agree that Doamago will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused, directly or indirectly, by your use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available through these third-party sites or resources.

10. DOAMAGO PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service (“Software”) contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that the content presented to you through the Service is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Doamago or its advertisers, you agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part. Automated scraping, harvesting, indexing, mining, or extracting content from the Service is strictly prohibited.

The Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in the United States and elsewhere. Redistribution or reproduction of the content of the Service, by electronic, print, or other means, without explicit permission, is strictly forbidden.

Doamago reserves the right to cancel your account without refund if it is determined that you have violated this section of the Agreement.
